Job summary

Lucky Joint Construction PTE. LTD. is hiring for a Civil Engineer to plan, coordinate, and monitor civil construction works across Singapore.

The role involves detailed pre-planning, site supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering degree and has at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AutoCAD are preferred, with willingness to work on-site at project locations such as Gul

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of civil engineering pipeline project experience preferred.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Familiar with site coordination, project planning and construction processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Willing to work at project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor civil construction works to ensure timely and smooth project execution.
• Conduct detailed planning prior to implementation, including work schedules, manpower, materials and site requirements.
• Provide clear technical guidance and direction to site teams, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and prepare progress updates or reports for management and clients when required.
• Review project scopes, technical drawings, specifications, quotations and other contract documents.
• Coordinate and resolve technical issues, drawing discrepancies and site constraints.
• Plan manpower deployment and monitor material demand, delivery and supply to support project progress.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, subcontractors and internal project teams on project matters.
• Ensure works comply with workplace safety, environmental requirements, approved procedures and relevant authority regulations.
• Assist with the preparation of incident, safety and other project-related reports when required.
• Maintain proper project documentation and carry out other duties as assigned.
