Job summary

Lucky Joint Construction PTE. LTD. is seeking a project cost control and coordination professional to monitor budgets, track costs, and support procurement and tenders.

You will prepare reports and forecasts, manage documentation, and liaise with clients, consultants and site teams to ensure cost discipline on civil/construction projects. Qualifications

• Relevant experience in project cost control, project coordination or quantity surveying, preferably in civil or construction projects.
• Good understanding of project budgets, cost tracking, procurement and tender processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management or documentation software.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with site and office-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, actual expenditure, labour costs and claims milestones against approved baselines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports, cost forecasts and performance summaries.
• Manage project workflows, records and documentation using designated project management systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants and other stakeholders to clarify project requirements and objectives.
• Work with coordinators, engineers and site personnel to identify and resolve operational or site-related issues.
• Support Project Managers and Engineers in preparing quotations and tender submissions.
• Source materials and obtain supplier quotations to maintain competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Assist with procurement coordination and follow up on material orders and delivery schedules.
