Job summary

Lucky Joint Construction Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based civil engineering contractor, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support daily site activities and deliver projects safely and on schedule. You will work with clients, consultants, site teams and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and coordinate resources across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, with preference for civil construction/coordinator experience and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in civil construction or project coordination preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work at project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily civil project activities to support timely, safe and quality delivery.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, site teams and internal stakeholders to clarify project requirements and expectations.
• Assist to plan work schedules, assign daily duties and follow up on progress with project personnel.
• Support site teams by ensuring the timely availability of required manpower, machinery, equipment and materials.
• Identify operational or technical issues on site and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback or elevate concerns to the Project Engineer where necessary.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project requirements, approved drawings, safety standards and industry best practices.
• Assist the Project Engineer in preparing and submitting weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Support the preparation and submission of project deliverables, ensuring they meet required quality standards and timelines.
• Carry out other coordination duties as assigned.
