Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, actual expenditure, labour costs and claims milestones against baselines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports, cost forecasts and performance summaries.
• Manage project workflows, records and documentation using designated project management systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Work with coordinators, engineers and site personnel to resolve issues.
• Assist with quotations and tender submissions.
• Source materials and obtain supplier quotations to maintain pricing and delivery.
• Assist procurement coordination and follow up on orders and delivery schedules.

Job Description

• Monitor project budgets, actual expenditure, labour costs and claims milestones against approved baselines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports, cost forecasts and performance summaries.
• Manage project workflows, records and documentation using designated project management systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants and other stakeholders to clarify project requirements and objectives.
• Work with coordinators, engineers and site personnel to identify and resolve operational or site-related issues.
• Support Project Managers and Engineers in preparing quotations and tender submissions.
• Source materials and obtain supplier quotations to maintain competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Assist with procurement coordination and follow up on material orders and delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in project cost control, project coordination or quantity surveying, preferably in civil or construction projects.
• Good understanding of project budgets, cost tracking, procurement and tender processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management or documentation software.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with site and office-based teams.
