SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior Technician to support cleanroom operations and logistics in Singapore. You will operate automated cleaning equipment, handle high-value semiconductor parts, and manage parts receipt, packaging, and distribution to engineering teams.

The role requires 1–3 years in cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing, proficiency in Excel, and experience with SAP/Oracle ERP systems. Swing-shift hours apply, with careful adherence to safety and PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/Mechatronics or Logistics.
• 1–3 years in semiconductor, cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong inventory control and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment and inspect components per SOP.
• Handle fragile, high-value semiconductor parts safely.
• Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts.
• Kit and issue parts to engineering teams.
• Coordinate parts sent to vendors for repair and track RMAs.
• Update ERP/WMS for stock movements, repairs and scrap.
• Maintain accurate inventory and digital records.
• Follow cleanroom PPE and safety guidelines.
• Perform related duties in cleanroom, logistics as required.

Junior Technician (Cleanroom Operations & Logistics)
Salary: Up to $3,100 per month

Work Location & Hours

• First 2 weeks: Tampines Industrial Crescent, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Thereafter: Customer site in Woodlands
• Swing shift arrangement:
  Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30am – 5:30pm or
  Sunday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Operate automated cleaning equipment and perform cleaning of quartz and mechanical components according to established SOPs.
• Safely handle and inspect fragile, high-value semiconductor parts.
• Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts against relevant documentation.
• Prepare, kit and issue parts to engineering teams.
• Coordinate parts sent to external vendors for repair, including RMA processing and turnaround tracking.
• Update ERP/WMS systems accurately for stock movements, repairs and scrap transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and digital records.
• Follow Class 10/100 cleanroom procedures, chemical safety requirements and PPE guidelines.
• Perform other related cleanroom, inventory and logistics duties as required.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor wafer fab, cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with ERP/inventory systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to handle fragile and high-value components carefully and accurately.
• Comfortable working with chemical cleaning systems and wearing required cleanroom PPE.
• Detail-oriented with good inventory control and record-keeping practices.
• Able to work according to the stated swing-shift arrangement.
