Job summary

TALENT LINK SOLUTION is seeking a Junior Technician to manage end-to-end lifecycle of high-value semiconductor parts at Tampines and Woodlands. The role combines cleanroom operations with inventory controls, repairs coordination, and precise data recording in an ERP environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a semiconductor or cleanroom setting, a relevant diploma, and proficiency with SAP/Oracle and Excel. Training will alternate between on-site and customer-site locations.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fab, cleanroom, or high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Advanced literacy in ERP/inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to handle highly fragile, expensive components with extreme care.
• Comfortable working with chemical cleaning systems and wearing cleanroom suits (bunny suits).

Responsibilities

• Cleanroom & Equipment Operations: Safely handle, inspect, and clean fragile components using Poly flow machines per SOPs.
• Inventory & Logistics Management: Receive, unpack, verify, and kit parts for engineering teams.
• Repair Tracking: Coordinate external vendor repair RMAs and track turnaround times.
• Data Integrity: Update ERP/WMS to reflect stock movements, repairs, and scrap.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow Class 10/100 cleanroom, chemical safety, and PPE rules.

Job Description: Cleanroom Operations & Logistics Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleanroom Operations & Logistics Technician to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-value semi conductor parts. This dual role requires precision in operating automated chemical cleaning equipment (Poly flow benches) and diligence in managing inventory controls, tracking external repairs, and maintaining accurate digital records.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleanroom & Equipment Operations: Safely handle, inspect, and clean fragile quartz and mechanical components using Poly flow automated washing machines according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Inventory & Logistics Management: Manage the physical receipt, unpacking, and verification of incoming parts against documentation. Safely kit and issue parts to engineering teams.
• Repair Tracking: Coordinate the outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair, including creating RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and tracking turnaround times.
• Data Integrity: Promptly update the inventory management system (ERP/WMS) to reflect stock movements, repairs, and scrap. Maintain flawless digital records.
• Safety& Compliance: Strictly adhere to Class 10/100 cleanroom protocols, chemical safety guidelines, and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.

• Monthly Salary Range SGD: $2,700 - $3,100
• Remark: Staring job will be Monday - Friday 9am to6pm in office (Tampines), Once scheduled to go to customer site, it will be swing shift: Tues - Saturday 830am 530pm Sunday - Thursday 830am 530pm
