Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is recruiting for a position located in Singapore with a focus on cleanroom operations and logistics support. The role requires 5 working days per week with supporting shifts, and locations include Tampines and Woodland.

Salary range is $2500-$3000 per month, reflecting the responsibilities across equipment handling, inventory control, and repair coordination. Training and client-site components are involved, with emphasis on maintaining accurate ERP/WMS records

• Cleanroom & Equipment Operations: Safely handle, inspect, and clean fragile quartz and mechanical components using Polyflow automated washing machines according to strict SOPs.
• Inventory & Logistics Management: Manage the physical receipt, unpacking, and verification of incoming parts against documentation. Safely kit and issue parts to engineering teams.
• Repair Tracking: Coordinate the outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair, including creating RMAs and tracking turnaround times.
• Data Integrity: Update the inventory management system (ERP/WMS) to reflect stock movements, repairs, and scrap. Maintain digital records.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to cleanroom protocols, chemical safety guidelines, and PPE requirements.

• Inventory & Logistics Management: Manage the physical receipt, unpacking, and verification of incoming parts against documentation. Safely kit and issue parts to engineering teams.
• Repair Tracking: Coordinate the outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair, including creating RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and tracking turnaround times.
• Data Integrity: Promptly update the inventory management system (ERP/WMS) to reflect stock movements, repairs, and scrap. Maintain flawless digital records.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to Class 10/100 cleanroom protocols, chemical safety guidelines, and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
