RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Cleanroom Operations & Logistics Technician to manage end-to-end handling of high-value semiconductor components. The role combines cleanroom operations, parts handling, inventory control, repair tracking and logistics coordination.

You will handle fragile components with precision while maintaining accurate inventory records and strict compliance with cleanroom and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Logistics or related.
• 1–3 years of experience in a semiconductor wafer fab, cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of ERP / inventory systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to handle fragile and high-value components carefully.
• Comfortable working with chemical cleaning systems.
• Comfortable wearing cleanroom suits / bunny suits.

Responsibilities

• Cleanroom & Equipment Operations: safely handle, inspect and clean fragile quartz and mechanical components; operate Polyflow automated washing machines; ensure quality and safety standards; follow cleanroom procedures.
• Inventory & Logistics: receive, unpack and verify parts; perform inventory checks; kit and issue parts to engineering teams; maintain identification and control of high-value components.
• Repair & RMA Tracking: coordinate outbound logistics for parts needing external vendor repair; create and manage RMAs; track status and turnaround times.
• Inventory System & Data Management: update ERP / WMS systems; maintain records of inventory transactions and component status; ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Safety & Compliance: follow cleanroom protocols (Class 10/100); handle chemicals safely; wear PPE and cleanroom attire; comply with SOPs.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cleanroom Operations & Logistics Technician to manage the end-to-end handling of high-value semiconductor components. This hands-on role combines cleanroom operations, parts handling, inventory control, repair tracking and logistics coordination.

You will be responsible for handling fragile and high-value components with a high level of precision while ensuring accurate inventory records and strict compliance with cleanroom and safety procedures.

Your Responsibilities

Cleanroom & Equipment Operations

• Safely handle, inspect and clean fragile quartz and mechanical components
• Operate Polyflow automated washing machines according to established SOPs
• Ensure cleaning and handling processes meet required quality and safety standards
• Follow strict cleanroom procedures when handling sensitive semiconductor components

Inventory & Logistics

• Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts against relevant documentation
• Perform accurate inventory checks and ensure proper identification of components
• Kit and issue parts to engineering teams according to requirements
• Maintain proper physical control of high-value and sensitive components

Repair & RMA Tracking

• Coordinate outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair
• Create and manage RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)
• Track repair status and turnaround times
• Follow up with external vendors to ensure timely return of repaired parts

Inventory System & Data Management

• Update ERP / WMS systems promptly for stock movements, repairs and scrap
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and component status
• Ensure digital records are complete, accurate and up to date
• Support inventory reconciliation and reporting activities

Safety & Compliance

• Strictly follow Class 10/100 cleanroom protocols
• Comply with chemical handling and safety requirements
• Wear appropriate PPE and cleanroom attire
• Follow all relevant SOPs and workplace safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in a semiconductor wafer fab, cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment
• Basic knowledge of ERP / inventory systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated ability to handle fragile and high-value components carefully
• Comfortable working with chemical cleaning systems
• Comfortable wearing cleanroom suits / bunny suits

After Deployment – Customer Site

• Swing shift schedule
• Tuesday – Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• OR Sunday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
