Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented technician to support cleanroom operations and warehousing in Tampines and Woodland. You will safely handle, inspect, and clean quartz and mechanical components using Polyflow washing machines under SOPs.

Responsibilities include inventory control, kit issuing to engineering teams, coordinating RMAs, updating ERP/WMS with stock movements, and maintaining accurate records, while complying with Class 10/100 cleanroom and PPE guidelines.

• Cleanroom & Equipment Operations: Safely handle, inspect, and clean quartz and mechanical components using Polyflow washing machines per SOPs.
• Inventory & Logistics Management: Receive, unpack, and verify parts; kit and issue to engineering teams.
• Repair Tracking: Coordinate RMAs and track turnaround times for external repairs.
• Data Integrity: Update ERP/WMS to reflect stock movements, repairs and scrap with accurate records.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow Class 10/100 cleanroom protocols and PPE guidelines.

Working days : 5 days [ Supporting shift required ]

Location : Tampines [ Training ] , Woodland [ main ]

Salary : $2500-$3000

Key Responsibilities

• Cleanroom & Equipment Operations: Safely handle, inspect, and clean fragile quartz and mechanical components using Polyflow automated washing machines according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Inventory & Logistics Management: Manage the physical receipt, unpacking, and verification of incoming parts against documentation. Safely kit and issue parts to engineering teams.
• Repair Tracking: Coordinate the outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair, including creating RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and tracking turnaround times.
• Data Integrity: Promptly update the inventory management system (ERP/WMS) to reflect stock movements, repairs, and scrap. Maintain flawless digital records.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to Class 10/100 cleanroom protocols, chemical safety guidelines, and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
