Job summary

Inter Island Manpower Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring 3 Junior Technicians to join a high-tech semiconductor environment. Salary is 1,800–3,000 SGD per month, full-time position as Junior Executive. Initial 2 weeks at Tampines office, then deployment to Woodlands customer site.

Responsibilities include operating automated cleaning equipment, handling high-value parts, coordinating repairs, and maintaining ERP inventory records with strict cleanroom safety practices.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in mechanical, mechatronics, logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in semiconductor, cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP/inventory systems knowledge.

Salary: $1,800 – $3,000/month (depending on experience)

• Operate automated cleaning equipment to clean and inspect semiconductor components
• Handle, receive, unpack and verify high-value parts
• Prepare and issue components to engineering teams
• Coordinate external repairs, RMAs and repair tracking
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems
• Follow cleanroom, chemical safety and PPE procedures

Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in semiconductor, cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing preferred
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory systems
• Careful and detail-oriented when handling fragile/high-value components
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing a bunny suit
• Excel skills will be tested during the interview

First 2 weeks – Tampines office:

Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm

After deployment to Woodlands customer site:

• Tuesday–Saturday: 8:15am–5:30pm
• Sunday–Thursday: 8:15am–5:30pm
