Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR recruitment support specialist to assist blue-collar hiring. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and prepare offers while partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and timelines.

You'll manage candidate pipelines, maintain records in SAP SuccessFactors, support onboarding, and participate in employer branding events. The role emphasizes AI-enabled sourcing, automation, and continuous improvement of hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in blue-collar recruitment and onboarding.
• Comfort liaising with operators and technicians on a regular basis.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation).
• Partner hiring managers to understand needs, role requirements, and timelines.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication and positive experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
• Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and hiring events.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies.
• Use automation to improve recruiter productivity and candidate turnaround time.
• Support implementation and adoption of digital TA tools (ATS enhancements, dashboards, chatbot solutions).
• Identify opportunities to streamline and scale hiring processes through technology and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to building AI-enabled TA playbooks (sourcing templates, workflow best practices).

Job description

Working Hours: 8.00am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Basic Salary: $4200

The candidate will need to be comfortable supporting HR recruitment activities for blue-collar associates and be confident in liaising and communicating with operators and technicians on a regular basis.
