Responsibilities

• Setting up workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment, including wood fire area preparation.
• Ensuring great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
• Keeping a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
• Storing all food and items properly.
• Checking ingredient quality to meet restaurant standards.
• Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards and troubleshooting issues
• Leading and training junior team members and guiding them at their stations
