Tanjong Beach Club, part of The Lo and Behold Group in Singapore, invites a hands-on kitchen professional to join a vibrant coastal venue perched by the sea. This outlet blends restaurant, bar and club with panoramic views and a dynamic team environment.

You’ll be in charge of prep, plating and stock control, maintaining a sanitized kitchen, and supporting daily operations to deliver high-quality dishes and memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Setting up workstation with all the needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Ensuring great presentation by dressing dishing before they are served
• Keeping a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensuring all food and other items are stored properly
• Checking quality of ingredients
• Monitoring stock and place order when there are shortages
• Enforcing strict health and hygiene standard and troubleshooting any problems that may arise
