Job summary

CÉ LA VI Singapore invites an Assistant Sommelier to grow craft, deliver wine recommendations with confidence, and support inventory across the Restaurant and Sky Bar.

You will learn from senior sommeliers, benefit from tastings and wine education, and advance along a structured Sommelier career pathway at one of the world’s iconic rooftop destinations.

Qualifications

• HOLD a WSET Level 1–2 Award in Wines, or equivalent knowledge.
• BRING 1–2 years of luxury hospitality or wine service experience.
• KNOW wine regions and pairings and want to go deeper.
• COMMUNICATE wine recommendations with genuine confidence.
• BRING precision and organisation to inventory and service standards.
