Job summary

He Xi Enterprise Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Junior Sommelier for our livehouse restaurant at Far East Square. The role requires some wine service experience and basic wine knowledge, with wine certification as an added advantage.

You will work 6 days a week with a fixed PM shift 5:00 PM–3:00 AM, including breaks, and must be available on weekends and public holidays; there is no foreign workpass required for this role.

Qualifications

• Some prior experience in wine service or a similar F&B role is required.
• Basic wine knowledge and a willingness to learn.
• Well-groomed, presentable and good communication skills.
• Wine certification (e.g. WSET) is an added advantage.

• Recommend wines to guests based on their preferences and food choices.
• Provide professional wine service, including presentation, opening and pouring.
• Assist with wine inventory, storage and stock replenishment.
