Job summary

CÉ LA VI SINGAPORE is seeking a Commis Sommelier to support wine service across our Restaurant and Sky Bar, building a foundation in wine regions, varietals and service technique under sommeliers who take the craft seriously.

You will learn inside a home-grown brand that began in Singapore and now operates globally, with structured growth and mentorship as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Hold a WSET Level 1–2 Award in Wines or equivalent knowledge.
• 1–2 years of luxury hospitality or wine service experience.
• Know wine regions and pairings and want to go deeper.
• Communicate wine recommendations with genuine confidence.
• Bring precision and organisation to inventory and service standards.
