StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a Diploma- or degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor to support cost control on M&E and civil projects. You will prepare estimates, measurements, and tender documents while coordinating with project teams.

Applicants with experience in M&E/construction and familiarity with Civil/ACMV/M&E projects are preferred; the role is based at Jurong East with 5.5 days per week and office hours.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Relevant QS experience in M&E / construction projects has advantage.
• Familiarity with Civil/ ACMV/ M&E projects is preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare project cost estimates, quantity measurements, bills of quantities (BQ), tender and contract documents.
• Evaluate quotations and tenders from contractors and subcontractors, including price comparisons and negotiations.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and expenditures to ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Handle progress claims, interim payments, variation orders and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, Project Managers and Engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
