Job summary

Crew is seeking a Quantity Surveying professional in Singapore to handle cost management, contract administration, and procurement for commercial and corporate projects. The role offers opportunities to strengthen your project portfolio and progress to more senior responsibilities.

Whether an experienced QS or ready to take on greater responsibilities, you will prepare tender documents, review BQ and cost estimates, and support procurement decisions while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience handling QS activities from pre-tender to final account is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial projects and/or office fit-out works is an advantage.
• Strong costing, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and cost estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement decisions.
• Conduct site measurements and verify work progress for valuations.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost performance.
• Manage variation orders, progress claims, and final account settlements.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Provide guidance and support to junior Quantity Surveyors where required.
