Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Admiralty, Singapore, seeks a detail-oriented Project Quantity Surveyor to support cost planning, tender preparation and cost control for M&E projects.

You will work with internal project teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate costing and financial tracking. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in QS/Construction Management or related field, at least 3 years of QS experience, and strong skills in measurement, estimation, tendering and contract

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least 3 years of QS experience.
• Proficiency in quantity measurement, estimation and cost monitoring.
• Understanding of tendering, contractual documentation and project financial management.
• Experience in industrial, commercial or data centre construction beneficial.
• Good organisational and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities and quantity take-offs for M&E and electrical works.
• Analyse tender submissions, compare quotations and assess cost competitiveness.
• Review technical drawings, specifications and scope changes for cost implications.
• Maintain project budgets, cost reports and financial forecasts.
• Evaluate progress claims, variations and final account submissions.
• Identify potential cost overruns and recommend practical cost-control measures.

Salary: $3,000-$5,500 per month

Location: Admiralty, Singapore

Working Arrangement: 5.5 days per week, 44 hours per week
