Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, or Tender Management.
• Experience in Gas System, Process Piping, Mechanical (M&E), Semiconductor, or EPC projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Junior Quantity Surveyor | 5 working days

Location: Woodlands, Singapore
Salary: SGD 4,000 – 5,000 (Meal and Transport allowances included, subject to review)
Bonus: Variable Bonuses
Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8am–6pm, Fri 8am–5pm

About the role

This role involves preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects. You will monitor ongoing expenses, identify potential savings, and produce progress reports for clients and stakeholders. You will manage contracts and procurement, including negotiating with contractors and suppliers to ensure value for money. You will conduct risk assessments, method statements, and cost value reconciliations to maintain project efficiency and safety, and liaise with architects, engineers, site managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth execution.
