Job summary

G M C MARBLE SPECIALIST PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Junior Sales team member to support and develop our marble restoration and maintenance services.

You will learn about marble, granite, and natural stone restoration, handle customer enquiries, follow up on quotations, and build new business opportunities. You will respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, schedule site appointments, prepare quotations, and pursue closing sales while growing our client base across

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to sales enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships.
• Prepare clear quotations and sales proposals to support decisions.
• Schedule and coordinate site appointments between customers and the operations team.
• Assess customers' requirements and recommend restoration services.
• Actively pursue closing sales by following up on quotations and addressing concerns.
• Generate new leads through calls, emails, referrals and more.
• Maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collect customer feedback after project completion to identify opportunities.
• Keep accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups for reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Management on confirmed projects.
• Support promotional efforts targeting residential, commercial, hotel, condominium, and corporate customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and engagement.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by Management to support business growth.

• Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and advance sales opportunities
• Prepare clear and detailed quotations and sales proposals to support customer decision-making
• Schedule and coordinate site appointments between customers and the operations team to ensure smooth project execution
• Assess customers' requirements and recommend appropriate marble, granite, and natural stone restoration services
• Actively pursue closing sales by following up on quotations and addressing customer concerns
• Generate new customer leads through calls, emails, referrals, and other sales activities to expand the client base
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collect customer feedback after project completion to identify future sales opportunities and improve service quality
• Keep accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and sales follow-ups for reporting and tracking purposes
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Management teams on confirmed projects to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support promotional efforts targeting residential, commercial, hotel, condominium, and corporate customers
• Meet or exceed individual and company sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by Management to support business growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent
• Fresh graduates or candidates with little sales experience are welcome to apply
• Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
• Background in construction, renovation, interior design, building materials, or property-related industries is beneficial
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
• Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, and email for customer communication
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to use social media and online platforms for sales prospecting
• Willingness to learn about marble, granite, and natural stone restoration services
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer acquisition
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Responsible with strong follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction
