DREAMCORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive in Singapore to support the sales team and manage customer enquiries. The role involves preparing quotations and invoices, following up on leads, and assisting customers throughout the sales cycle.

• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.

• Prepare invoices and follow up with customers to facilitate payment and complete the purchase process.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Assist in generating new sales opportunities and developing customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
• Attend exhibitions, events, roadshows, and promotional activities when required.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Sales

Executive to join our growing sales team. This is an entry-level

opportunity suitable for candidates who are passionate about sales,

enjoy interacting with customers, and are eager to develop their

career in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will support the sales team in managing

customer enquiries, preparing quotations/invoices, following up on

leads, and assisting customers throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Previous sales, customer service, retail, or business development experience is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and handling enquiries.
• Good follow-up and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, and Google Slides.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
