Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Sales Support professional to assist with customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and provide post-sales support. Ideal candidates should have a diploma or degree in Engineering and possess 1-3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of technical systems like Pneumatics and PLCs is a plus. The role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a salary range of SGD 2,700 to 4,500 plus benefits.

• Knowledge of Pneumatics, Control Systems, Robotics, PLCs, or Servo Drive Systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge in specified engineering areas is an advantage.

Job Details:

• Location: Travel to client’s site
• Salary: $2700 to $4,500 Basic + $1,500 Fixed Allowance + Monthly Comms + VB (2 to 3 Months)
• Duration: Perm
• Working hours: Mon to Fri Office Hours

Job Scope:

• Attend customer inquiries promptly, prepare sales quotations, process orders, and provide post-sales support.
• Address customer issues related to technical specifications, product quality, and delivery schedules.
• Support business development efforts through presentations, customer visits, and proactive follow-ups.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Execute all relevant sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets in the Singapore market

Requirements:

• NITEC / Diploma / Degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical or related) with internship experience are welcome to apply
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Pneumatics, Control Systems, Robotics, PLCs, or Servo Drive Systems will be an added advantage.
