Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project/Contracts Administrator to support civil construction projects in Singapore.

You will handle claims, manage contract administration from inception to final accounts, and work with a QS team to ensure timely payments. The role involves preparing tenders, quotations, progress claims, variations, and subcontractor payments, while coordinating with project personnel and clients on pre- and post-contract matters.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in QS, civil engineering, building or construction management.
• At least 5 years of relevant civil/building or QS consultancy experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and tender processes.
• Able to coordinate with project personnel and clients on pre/post contract matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle project claims.
• Contract administration from start of project to final accounts stage.
• Collaborate with a team of QS to ensure timely payment collection.
• Prepare tenders and quotations, progress claims, variations, subcontractors' payments.
• Coordinate with project personnel and clients for pre and post contract matters.
• Source suppliers and subcontractors for tendering quotations.
• Any other duties assigned by Contracts Manager/Higher Management.
