Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a cost management professional to prepare Bills of Quantities, evaluate quotations, and manage subcontracting documents.

The role supports project cost controls and claims, requiring coordination with supervisors and subcontractors to ensure timely, accurate progress payments. Applicants should be proficient in BoQ preparation, cost management across projects, and final account preparation for sub-contract work.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities and cost control.
• Ability to evaluate quotations and select cost-effective options.
• Familiarity with sub-contracting processes and payments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Obtain quotations and evaluate for quotations.
• Prepare sub-contract/purchasing documents for review & approval.
• Cost management of projects.
• Assist supervisor in preparing EOT, acceleration, prolongation and cost claims etc.
• Prepare final accounts of sub-contract work
• Prepare progress payment certificates for sub-contractors
• Attend meeting as and when required.
• Other duties as assigned.
