The role involves preparing quantity take-offs, cost summaries and price comparisons, monitoring budgets, managing claims, variation orders, and VO, and ensuring effective contract administration.

• Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• 1–3 years working experience in Construction Sector as QS.

• Computer knowledge and skills.
