Job summary

Y3 Construction PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveyor to prepare and manage tender documents, assist with tender submissions, and handle monthly progress claims. You will verify variations and site instructions while performing other QS duties as needed.

The role requires 2–3 years of tender experience, strong reading of specifications and drawings, and the ability to work under pressure with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 2-3 years’ experience in building tenders or tunnelling.
• Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous, independent, with good communicative skills, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and manage tender documents including BOQ, clarifications and unit prices.
• Assist in compilation of tender submissions including tender qualification.
• Prepare monthly progress claims.
• Prepare, verify and upkeep of project variation work and site instructions.
• Perform other QS duties as assigned.
• Handle purchase orders and invoice verification.
