Qualifications

• English language proficiency.
• Entry level in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• 3–4 years related work experience in Singapore.
• Proactive and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full QS cycle for projects, including cost control, BOQ preparation, tender submissions, and contract administration.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis to support budgeting and financial control.
• Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions, and manage subcontractor agreements and contractual matters.
• Evaluate subcontractor progress claims and process monthly payments while maintaining cash flow control.
• Assess and negotiate Variation Orders to achieve cost savings and prevent budget overruns.
• Prepare project cost reports and cash flow forecasts for management review.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, and Suppliers to monitor costs and budgets.
