TSTAR Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Tender) for an established MNC client in Singapore.

You will assist the Project Manager in pre- and post-contract activities, and handle price evaluations, tenders, bills of quantities and quotations for civil and building projects. The role requires a degree in QS, at least 3 years in construction, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
• Team player with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Project Manager in pre-contract and post-contract activities.
• Prepare cost evaluations, tenders, bills of quantities, and quotations for civil and building projects.
• Perform quantity measurements to support progress payment claims, variation order claims, subcontractor and supplier payments, and final accounts.
• Maintain proper site documentation for variation orders and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Collaborate with the safety team to support workplace safety and health initiatives.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations and company safety management practices.
