Job summary

HYPERSCAL SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual for a 6-month contract to support site operations and project documentation. You will gain hands-on exposure to real infrastructure projects and work closely with engineers and administrators.

Responsibilities include consolidating claim documents, organizing site photos, and coordinating with authorities. Training will be provided, with company shuttle and lunch bus available for commuting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 6-month contract; suitable for gaining practical project coordination experience.
• Fresh graduates and undergraduates welcome to apply.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate documents required for claim submissions.
• Upload, sort, and organise site progress photographs.
• Work closely with the respective Claim PICs to prepare the necessary claim documentation.
• Liaise with Singapore Power on work and job arrangements.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain the necessary approvals before work commencement.
• Provide other project coordination and administrative support when required.
