Job summary

Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Civil Project Coordinator to drive successful delivery of civil engineering and construction projects in Singapore. You will work with the Project Manager, clients, and project teams to transform plans into outcomes, overseeing planning, cost, safety, claims, and coordination to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities include reviewing proposals, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring progress and safety, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PEB- Singapore accreditation)
• 3-4 years in civil engineering or construction project management
• Strong knowledge of SP Group procedures, utility coordination, and Singapore regulatory requirements
• Understanding of project planning, coordination, claims, site execution, and safety requirements
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail
• Driving licence (Class 2 or 3) advantageous for site mobility

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing project scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables
• Review proposals, specifications, drawings, and client requirements for planning and execution
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth project execution
• Monitor progress, cost, productivity, quality and resources against targets
• Oversee submissions, claims, documentation, and approvals for timely completion
• Support Project Manager in safety compliance per regulations
• Conduct site checks and address safety gaps with EHS teams
• Identify risks and implement mitigations
• Coordinate with operations, safety, claims, drafting to resolve issues
• Prepare project reports, submissions, claims and other documentation
• Attend meetings and provide updates on key actions
• Lead and coordinate project team for clear communication and execution
• Support issue resolution to maintain progress
• Contribute to continuous improvement and team performance
