Luxoft Information Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent Production Support Analyst to join our Murex services team in Singapore.

You will track service levels for daily operations and develop scripts in shell or Python to monitor systems, troubleshoot, and maintain services. The role collaborates with third-party vendors and internal support teams, working with Elastic Search for logging and monitoring, and contributing to your release management processes through CI/CD

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in SQL, Unix Shell scripting, Linux.
• Providing production support on the issues related to EOD failure, report failure, VAR EOD failures
• Able to debug issues in SQL, shell scripts
• Able to write Linux/Unix shell scripts, SQL
• Problem-solving skills to solve day-to-day BAU issues

Responsabilités

• Able to take ownership of high-severity issues and follow through to closure, answerable to business users and provide strategic long term solutions and participate in RCA and provide pre-emptive solutions for production stability.
