Job summary

ARYAN SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Junior PMO Analyst to support governance, reporting, coordination, and admin across multiple projects. You will work with Project Managers to maintain information, track milestones and risks, and ensure documentation complies with PMO standards.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in PMO, project coordination, project administration, or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of project lifecycle management and basic project governance processes.
  • Experience preparing project reports, trackers, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to track multiple activities, deadlines, and action items simultaneously.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with Project Managers and stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to follow up on actions and ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative activities.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, dashboards, and document repositories.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports, governance packs, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and outstanding actions.
  • Maintain RAID logs covering Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items through closure.
  • Assist with resource onboarding, offboarding, allocation, and utilisation tracking.
  • Maintain project effort, financial, budget, and resource tracking information.
  • Collect and consolidate project updates from Project Managers and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project health indicators and highlight potential delays, risks, or governance concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, up to date, and compliant with established PMO standards.
  • Support project governance reviews, audits, compliance activities, and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with maintaining project templates, processes, and documentation standards.
  • Provide general PMO support across multiple projects and programmes as required.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior PMO Analyst to support project governance, reporting, coordination, and administration across multiple projects and programmes.

Working closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders, the successful candidate will help maintain project information, track milestones and risks, prepare management reports, coordinate meetings, and ensure project documentation follows established PMO standards.

This role is suitable for an early-career professional looking to build deeper experience in Project Management Office (PMO) operations and project governance within a structured enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience working within a PMO or supporting multiple technology projects.
  • Exposure to enterprise IT, digital transformation, banking, or other large-scale project environments would be advantageous.
