Qualifications

Experience in payments, acquiring, fintech or financial operations.
Crypto-related experience is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical skills to identify and communicate issues and improvements.
High level of English (written and spoken).
Detail-oriented and reliable with sensitive financial data.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end support to merchants, including payment processing and settlements.
Monitor crypto treasury activity and validate crypto transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Support and maintain technical integrations, including APIs and processing environments.
Identify, document, and communicate system issues and improvement opportunities.
Deliver technical demonstrations and tutorials; collaborate with internal teams to support operations.
