Job summary

KH Marque Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a shipping operations hand to manage cargo flows from Asia to Europe and the USA. You will liaise with customers across three regions, report to the director, and handle the preparation of shipping documents and demurrage calculations.

This role requires independence, attention to numbers, and good communication; proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year shipping/trading ops experience or none welcome
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat apps
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and cargo ops from Asia to Europe and USA
• Liaise with customers in Europe, USA and Asia
• Report to director and upper management levels
• Coordinate with customers across Asia, Europe and USA on shipping matters
• Be punctual for work
• Liaise with buyers and suppliers on contracts, LC, invoices, loading, demurrage
• Prepare shipping documents including invoicing, bill of lading, origin certificates
• Perform adhoc duties as required by the Director

• Manage shipping and cargo operations from Asia to Europe and USA
• Liase with customers in Europe, USA and Asia

• handle and prepare all shipping documents including invoicing, bill of ladings, certificate of origin etc
• Perform adhoc duties as required by the Director of the company

Requirements:

• Candidates with 1 year’s of experience in shipping/trading operations or none are welcomed to apply
• Well versed with Microsoft Office especially with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
• Well versed with Adobe
