Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Customer Account Specialist for our Singapore office, reporting to the Senior Worldwide Customer Service Manager. This role requires a highly motivated, energetic, and resourceful person who will assist the sales team by managing customer inquiries and ensuring smooth sales operations. Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiar with Oracle; order entry experience is a plus.
• Customer-service oriented and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to resolve customer requests promptly.
• Support Sales by fielding inquiries and coordinating with departments to address concerns.
• Follow up quotes, ensure pricing accuracy, process orders, and manage customer accounts.
