Qualifications

• 1–4 years in KAM/relationship management, B2B sales, or client-facing roles.
• Experience in client meetings, site visits, presentations, and business reviews preferred.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills; able to travel within Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with corporate and business clients.
• Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, presentations, and business reviews.
• Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure service delivery.
• Support renewals and identify opportunities for growth with key stakeholders.
• Prepare client visit reports and maintain CRM records.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
