Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is hiring for an IT support role. Location: West; 5 days work week; salary up to SGD 3,500. Provide technical support for computers, software, printers, Wi‑Fi, email, M365 and Google Workspace, remotely or onsite.

You will install and troubleshoot networks, CCTV systems, and assist with AI tools while maintaining technical records and client updates. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ IT or network support experience with troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Willing to travel to client sites and perform on-site and remote support.
• Good communication and customer-service orientation; interest in AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, printers, Wi‑Fi, email, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot networks (routers, switches, Wi‑Fi access points, firewalls, VPNs).
• Assist with CCTV installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting (IP cameras, NVR/DVR).
• Explore and support AI tools, workshops and demonstrations; maintain records and client updates.
