Job summary

NEWTONE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to support upgrades, maintenance, and infrastructure implementations across development, testing, and production environments.

The role collaborates with internal technical teams and vendors, requiring solid virtualization, Windows Server, and Red Hat Linux knowledge, plus strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. Degree holders in IT-related fields are preferred and the candidate should be able to work independently

Qualifications

• Proficiency with virtualization technologies and platforms.
• Experience with Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Red Hat Linux and basic hardware knowledge.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day infrastructure maintenance and system upgrade activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on infrastructure changes and implementations.
• Assist in troubleshooting infrastructure and system issues.
• Support server and virtualization platform administration.
• Participate in system migration and technology refresh activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and implementation records.
