Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to plan, implement, and manage complex infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will lead deployments, upgrades, and migrations while designing end-to-end solutions aligned with business needs.

The role requires strong virtualization experience, Nutanix familiarity, and solid networking knowledge. You will mentor junior engineers and prepare technical documentation and implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server and Unix/Linux environments, including virtualization.
• Nutanix experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of VPNs, firewalls, security appliances, switches, and routers.
• Experience with container technologies and platforms.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor, and manage technical aspects of infrastructure projects.
• Lead or support system and network infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
• Design and deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, assigning project tasks and supporting skills development.
• Prepare project documentation, technical reports, and implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure and system issues.
