NEWTONE CONSULTING PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Security Engineer for its Infrastructure Security team to implement, maintain and troubleshoot cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions on the ground. You will oversee network and infrastructure security, including Cisco environments and IBM Guardium, while collaborating with internal teams, customers and vendors to ensure secure systems and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT Infrastructure / Security Engineering experience.
• Experience with CyberArk (PAM) and Tenable (Vulnerability Management); exposure to IBM Guardium is a plus.
• Solid hands-on experience with Cisco networking and broader network infrastructure beyond server-level administration.
• Good understanding of security hardening, vulnerability management, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, VMware, networking, and firewalls.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, SSCP, or CDE are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support cybersecurity solutions such as CyberArk, Tenable, Tripwire, IBM Guardium, and DevSecOps security tools.
• Oversee on-ground network infrastructure, including Cisco networking environments as part of infra-focused security scope.
• Perform POCs, system integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting for security solutions.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows, VMware, networking, and firewall environments.
• Assist with vulnerability management, security hardening, access control, and compliance activities.
• Contribute to infrastructure implementation planning and roadmap discussions.
• Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Work with vendors and technical teams to resolve security and infrastructure issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide technical training to customers and internal teams.
