Job summary

Genesis Networks Pte Ltd is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, deploy and maintain IT infrastructure for customers and in-house systems. The role involves on-site or remote work, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure performance, security and reliability.

The candidate should have CCNA/CCNP, experience with virtualization, Windows/Linux networking, and enterprise backup solutions, with a strong customer-service orientation and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• CCNA or CCNP certification is compulsory.
• Additional certs like MCSA Windows Server, Azure or AWS are advantageous.
• Good knowledge of virtualization technologies and enterprise backup solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, migrate, maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure.
• Assist Project Managers with deployment plans and reporting.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems per standards.
• Provide pre-sales input and technical write-ups when needed.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
