Job summary

Qualifications

• Secondary education is required.
• Prior HR or administrative support experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full spectrum of HR functions, including work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Coordinate registration and renewal of mandatory training courses and certifications.
• Monitor and arrange renewal of company vehicle road tax, insurance, inspections, etc.
• Support monthly HR administration, including payroll preparation and maintaining employee records.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and ad hoc duties.
