Job summary

QUNLI ENGINEERING (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an HR Generalist to manage recruitment, payroll processing, and employee records. The role covers work pass applications, onboarding, and HR documentation to support a compliant and efficient workforce.

You will handle timekeeping reconciliation, month-end payroll processes, IRAS reporting, and payroll costing. Construction industry experience is a plus, with strong MS Office and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Experience handling Work Pass matters.
• Construction industry experience is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with construction workforce administration, onboarding, training records, and site pass arrangements is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Info-Tech.
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Manage work pass applications (work permit, S pass, employment pass), renewal, cancellation and related processes.
• Manage Time Management System, register new staff, rectifying and reconciling time in and time out reports.
• Responsible for month-end payroll processing, calculations, and payout including resignation/termination cases.
• Generating payroll reports to Finance.
• Prepare and submit IRAS (IR21, |R8A, 8B & 8C & others) reports for all staff.
• Prepare monthly payroll costing report to Finance.
• Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, training and work injury case matters.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.
• Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
