Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline as listed.
- Minimum 5 years in semiconductor equipment field service or related role.
- Hands-on installation, startup and qualification experience.
- Ability to diagnose hardware issues in customer environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead first-of-kind tool installations and NPI deployments at customer sites.
- Coordinate startup activities, qualification and factory readiness reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware during startup and commissioning.
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Develop installation procedures and field guides for teams.
