AIRETEC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Junior Electrical & Electronic Engineer to support engineering projects, including coordination, technical support, and system testing.

This role offers hands-on experience for fresh graduates or early-career engineers. You will assist with project activities, perform on-site testing and commissioning, prepare technical reports, liaise with suppliers and clients, and ensure safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
• Willingness to travel within Singapore for site work.
• Basic knowledge of electrical or control systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and communication with internal teams and clients to ensure timely progress.
• Deliver technical support during pre-sales and post-sales stages by explaining products, proposing systems, and clarifying technical details.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical and electronic systems on-site to verify system functionality.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and project status updates for stakeholders.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to meet project requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform site visits to troubleshoot electrical and electronic system issues, identifying causes and implementing solutions.
• Enforce compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all project phases to maintain a safe work environment.

Job Summary

Support engineering and project activities including project coordination, pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and testing and commissioning of electrical systems.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills applied to technical challenges in project and site environments
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to travel within Singapore for site work
