Job summary

Zota Technology PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable payments support specialist to deliver end-to-end merchant support, including payment processing and settlements, while ensuring compliance and reliability.

You will monitor crypto treasury activity, validate crypto transactions, and assist with technical integrations and API environments, collaborating with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in payments, acquiring, fintech, or financial operations; crypto experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to identify, document, and communicate issues and improvements.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and reliability with sensitive financial data.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end merchant support including payment processing and settlements.

• Identify, document, and communicate system issues, bugs, and improvement opportunities


• Deliver clear technical demonstrations and tutorials, and collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field


• Previous experience in payments, acquiring, fintech, or financial operations, with strong advantage for crypto related environments


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, document, and communicate technical issues and system improvements


• High level of English, written and spoken


• High attention to detail, reliability, and responsibility when handling sensitive financial data
