Job summary

Zota in Singapore is seeking an Operations/Payments Specialist to provide end-to-end support to merchants, oversee settlements, and guide technical integrations.

You will monitor crypto treasury activity, validate crypto transactions, document system issues, and deliver technical demonstrations while collaborating with internal teams. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and fintech exposure are preferred; daily food vouchers and annual trips are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Previous experience in payments, acquiring, fintech, or financial operations, with strong advantage for crypto related environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, document, and communicate technical issues and system improvements.
• High level of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide end to end support to merchants, including payment processing, settlements, and technical guidance
• Monitor crypto treasury activity and validate crypto transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support and maintain technical integrations, including APIs and processing environments
• Identify, document, and communicate system issues, bugs, and improvement opportunities
• Deliver clear technical demonstrations and tutorials, and collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing operations
