Job summary

Zota Technology PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable payments support specialist to deliver end-to-end merchant support, including payment processing and settlements, while ensuring compliance and reliability.

You will monitor crypto treasury activity, validate crypto transactions, and assist with technical integrations and API environments, collaborating with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in payments, acquiring, fintech, or financial operations; crypto experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to identify, document, and communicate issues and improvements.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and reliability with sensitive financial data.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end merchant support including payment processing and settlements.
• Monitor crypto treasury activity and validate crypto transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Support and maintain technical integrations, including APIs and processing environments.
• Identify, document, and communicate system issues and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and tutorials; collaborate with internal teams to support operations.
