Job summary

LABYRINTH FOOD (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a Front of House team member to create a warm, attentive dining experience for every guest. You will work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure every detail is delivered with care and professionalism.

You will welcome guests, explain dishes confidently, and coordinate course delivery with precision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout the restaurant.

• Present and explain dishes, ingredients and beverages confidently and accurately.
• Deliver courses and beverages with precision, ensuring smooth coordination between the Front of House and kitchen teams.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond to requests in a thoughtful and professional manner.
• Maintain a high standard of service, presentation and hospitality at all times.
• Assist with table preparation, service setup and closing duties.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, ingredients, beverages and dietary considerations.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient and seamless service throughout the restaurant.
• Handle guest feedback and requests professionally, escalating matters where necessary.
• Uphold the restaurant's standards of cleanliness, organisation and service excellence.
